PRINCIPAL AND CHAIRMAN OF THE BOARD

MATTHEW P. CULLEN

Matthew P. Cullen is the Chairman of JACK Entertainment, the Cleveland-based gaming company which employs more than 1,400 team members and generates $500 million in annual revenues.

Previously, Cullen spent more than a decade leading gaming, real estate and other initiatives for Dan Gilbert’s Family of Companies. During that time, Cullen helped lead revitalization efforts within Detroit and Cleveland totaling commitments of more than $5 billion, and served most recently as the Chief Executive Officer of Bedrock Detroit.


PRINCIPAL AND CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER

MARK DUNKESON

Mark Dunkeson currently serves as Chief Executive Officer of JACK Entertainment (“JACK”), a Cleveland-based urban gaming company which owns and operates casino gaming properties in the Midwest. Mark is an owner and a member of the board of directors.

During Mark’s tenure with JACK that began in 2013, he recently served as the President and Chief Operating Officer for Bedrock Detroit LLC. Bedrock and its affiliates have invested and committed more than $5.6 billion to acquiring and developing more than 100 properties in downtown Detroit and Cleveland totaling approximately 18 million square feet. In his role, Dunkeson guided the company’s strategic direction, performance and growth, culture and vision, and leadership development. Dunkeson has spent 30 years in commercial gaming, resort, and hospitality development where he led operations for several multi-property divisions of Red Rock Resorts in Nevada. As Senior Vice President of Operations for the luxury brand division, he oversaw operations of properties including, Red Rock Casino, Resort and Spa, and Green Valley Ranch Resort, Spa and Casino. Prior to that, Dunkeson led and operated seven other gaming properties for Red Rock Resorts and spent five years as their Corporate Vice President of Development, spearheading the company’s expansion initiatives.

BRIAN EBY

Brian Eby brings over 30 years of gaming and hospitality experience to his role as President of JACK Entertainment. As president, he provides strategic direction for the company and guidance to the JACK leadership team.

Previously, Eby held the position of Executive Vice President of Corporate Operations and Chief Innovation Officer, where he oversaw the corporate departments of human resources, information technology, innovation, gaming, design and construction, food and beverage, and home office administration. Before joining the JACK Entertainment team in 2014, Eby was executive vice president of operations for Warner Hospitality LLC where he was responsible for the strategic direction and performance of the company’s four tribal gaming properties and business operations, including slots, table games, technology, food and beverage, marketing, and hotel.


CHIEF OPERATING OFFICER

CHAD BARNHILL

Chad Barnhill, Chief Operating Officer of JACK Entertainment, possesses a wealth of casino and hospitality business knowledge central to the company’s reputation as a strong casino operator. Chad is driven to improve operations, guest satisfaction and drive company growth. Chad has been using his creative vision, strategic planning and 20+ years of Casino experience to enhance the operational performance throughout his career. He provides leadership and direction to both JACK Cleveland and JACK Thistledown Racino.

Barnhill is committed to serving the areas in which JACK calls home and through his leadership emphasizes the importance of giving back to the greater Cleveland community. In his role he has manifested this passion to lead his team in charitable initiatives supporting more than 50 local organizations including food donations to the Greater Cleveland Food Bank and their partner food pantries, volunteer days with Habitat for Humanity to rehab local neighborhoods, and on property fundraisers and supply drives benefiting the American Cancer Society’s Cleveland Hope Lodge and the Providence House.
