DAN GILBERT

Dan Gilbert is Founder and Chairman of Quicken Loans, the nation’s largest mortgage lender. He is also Founder and Chairman of the Rock Family of Companies, a portfolio of technology businesses and real estate investments, and Chairman of the Cleveland Cavaliers. In 2016, the Cleveland Cavaliers won the NBA championship. The Rock Family of Companies and its more than 100 affiliated businesses across the country employ more than 30,000 team members, including more than 17,000 in Detroit’s urban core.

From 2013 through 2018, Detroit-based Quicken Loans closed nearly half a trillion dollars in home loan volume across all 50 states, and in 2018, for the ninth consecutive year, earned J.D. Power’s highest rating for client satisfaction among all U.S. mortgage lenders.

MATTHEW P. CULLEN

Matthew P. Cullen is chief executive officer of JACK Entertainment. Cullen also is a principal of Rock Ventures LLC, the Detroit-based organization that serves and connects entrepreneur and Quicken Loans Founder and Chairman and majority owner of the 2016 NBA Champion Cleveland Cavaliers Dan Gilbert’s Family of more than 100 companies, as well as his investments, real estate purchases, and community activities.

Cullen helps lead Rock Ventures’ efforts to spark development and revitalization in the City of Detroit, which includes Quicken Loans’ national headquarters move to the city in 2010. Since then, the Family of Companies has invested and committed more than $5.6 billion in real estate in the city’s urban core, which has been a catalyst for attracting new businesses, workers and residents to the city.


PRESIDENT AND CHIEF OPERATING OFFICER

MARK DUNKESON

Mark Dunkeson oversees operations for JACK Entertainment LLC, its 4,000 team members and five properties across three states. In his role, Dunkeson guides the company’s strategic direction, performance and growth, culture and vision, and leadership development.

Dunkeson is a 25-year veteran of the commercial gaming and hospitality industry. He joined Detroit-based JACK Entertainment in 2013 from Las Vegas, where he led operations for several multi-property divisions of Station Casinos LLC. As senior vice president of operations for Station Casinos’ luxury brand division, he oversaw operations of Red Rock Casino, Resort and Spa, and Green Valley Ranch Resort, Spa and Casino. Previously, Dunkeson led and operated five core Station Casinos’ gaming resorts and spent five years as their corporate vice president of development, spearheading the company’s expansion initiatives.

A native of Albuquerque, NM, Dunkeson earned a bachelor’s degree in psychology with a minor in government from New Mexico State University. He resides in metro Detroit with his family.


EXECUTIVE VICE PRESIDENT OF CORPORATE OPERATIONS AND CHIEF INNOVATION OFFICER

BRIAN EBY

Brian Eby oversees the corporate departments of human resources, information technology, innovation, gaming, design and construction, food and beverage, and home office administration for JACK Entertainment LLC and its portfolio of gaming and entertainment offerings.

Eby has 25 years of commercial gaming and hospitality experience across eight jurisdictions in six states. Before joining the JACK Entertainment team in 2014, Eby was executive vice president of operations for Warner Hospitality LLC where he was responsible for the strategic direction and performance of the company’s four tribal gaming properties and business operations, including slots, table games, technology, food and beverage, and hotel marketing.

A native of Albuquerque, New Mexico, Eby earned a bachelor’s degree in finance from New Mexico State University. He currently resides in metro Detroit with his family.
