Multiple team members take on expanded roles for growing gaming and entertainment company
Detroit-based gaming and entertainment company, JACK Entertainment LLC, today announced multiple team members taking on expanded roles, pending regulatory approval.
“As we continue JACK Entertainment’s operational momentum since our launch, we also want to recognize the significant contributions of the strong leaders who have carried us forward in what has been a transformational year for our company,” said Mark Dunkeson, president and chief operating officer, JACK Entertainment. “These individuals have delivered great results and a steadfast commitment to our company, our team members and our guests, and we are confident they each will help to propel us to the next levels of success.”
JACK Entertainment promoted the following individuals:
Brian Eby, formerly senior vice president of operations and chief innovation officer, is now executive vice president of corporate operations and chief innovation officer. Eby will oversee the corporate departments of human resources, information technology, innovation, gaming, design and construction, food and beverage, and home office administration. He joined the JACK Entertainment team in 2014 and has more than 20 years of commercial gaming and hospitality experience across eight jurisdictions in six states.
Darlene Monzo has been promoted to executive vice president and chief marketing officer from senior vice president and chief marketing officer. Monzo, in addition to her existing responsibility for all marketing related efforts within the company, will pick up responsibility for corporate communications, public relations and social media. A 30-year veteran of the gaming industry, Monzo joined JACK Entertainment in 2015.
Glen Tomaszewski has been promoted to executive vice president and chief financial officer from senior vice president and chief financial officer and will oversee accounting, treasury, financial planning and analysis, and investor relations. Tomaszewski, a 20-year veteran of the finance industry, joined JACK Entertainment’s corporate office in 2015.
Chad Barnhill, senior vice president and general manager of JACK Cincinnati Casino, has been promoted to senior vice president of regional operations. Barnhill, in addition to his existing role of overseeing the day-to-day operations of JACK Cincinnati Casino, will now add Greektown Casino-Hotel in downtown Detroit and northern Kentucky’s historic thoroughbred racetrack, Turfway Park, to his responsibilities. A 20-year veteran of the gaming industry, Barnhill joined the JACK Entertainment family in 2012.
