Greektown Casino-Hotel has reinvented its signature restaurant concept, offering guests an affordable, elegant dining experience under the new name PRISM. PRISM will replace BriZola, which opened in late 2012. It debuts today in conjunction with Detroit Restaurant Week, which begins September 19.
PRISM’s affordable menu will feature steaks, seafood and pasta dishes coupled with savory sides. Dessert offerings include warm chocolate lava cake, tiramisu, and cannoli complemented by an extensive wine and cocktail list. Guests may also enjoy lighter fare from the restaurant’s circular bar in the center of the dining room.
The 4,500 square foot restaurant is located just off the casino floor and boasts floor-to-ceiling windows providing vibrant, panoramic city views. PRISM’s contemporary dining room seats 136 and offers comfortable elegance for both casual dinners and special occasions. Plans are also underway to add a glass-enclosed private dining room that will seat up to 18 guests.
“We are committed to providing guests with a unique selection of dining and entertainment options,” said Brian Eby, senior vice president and assistant general manager of Greektown Casino-Hotel. “We invite you to join us and experience PRISM’s new and exciting menu.”
PRISM is from 5 to 10 p.m. Tuesday through Thursday and from 5 to 11 p.m. on Friday and Saturday. Reservations are available through Open Table (www.opentable.com) or by calling PRISM direct at (313) 309-2499.
